A six-person family group from Lijie’s maternal side at the Qingdao seafront, c. 1974–75 — a pavilion resembling the Zhanqiao pier’s Huilan Pavilion is visible at the left. All six were identified by Li Xun (Lijie’s mother) in 2026, who dates the photograph to about 1974–75 (her niece Wang Xiaoxiang, the toddler in the picture, was born in 1972).

- Shang Lingke — Yaofu Shang’s eldest daughter, in glasses.
- Yunhua Li — Zhongchu Li’s sister and Yaofu Shang’s wife, at right.
Front row (crouching), left to right:
- Li Xun (b. 1956, Lijie’s mother) — at left.
- Bo Li — Li Xun’s younger sister, crouching and holding the little girl.
- Wang Xiaoxiang (b. 1972) — the little girl in Bo Li’s arms; Shang Lingke’s daughter (and so Lijie’s second cousin).
