Joseph Wetters

Joseph “Joe” Wetters was Anne Eesley’s chosen-family partner. His daughter Stephanie — “Stephie” — appears in the family correspondence (she was the niece who, the family noted, had taken to calling Terrie “Aunt Terrie”).
