Details withheld — living. Listed in her father’s 2013 obituary as Sue Lin of Baltimore, Maryland. No spouse and no children are named under her line in the obituary — whether SueLynn was unmarried, or married without children, or had children whom the obituary-writer didn’t include, is not known from the documents in this archive.
She appears in the c. 1955 family portrait at what reads as a Chinese-restaurant or community-association hall — the older girl in the brocade tunic standing beside her mother Stella in a cheongsam. She would have been about four or five in that frame.
Her brother is Glenn Chong (San Diego, with wife Diane), who has two sons; her half-sisters from Ted’s second marriage are Jei Lee Freeman (Winchester, MA) and Erica Slavin (Nantucket, MA).
